The Role
We’re looking for a Paint Sprayer and Shotblaster to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for preparing, shotblasting, and painting skips and waste containers to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out paint spraying using pressure pot and airless sprayers
- Work in warehouse, spray booth, and outdoor shotblasting areas
- Prepare and finish surfaces using grinders, shotblasting machines, and hand tools
- Measure and mix paints accurately using precision instruments and basic maths
- Apply signage and decals to finished skips and containers
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness of spray booths, shotblasting pads, and equipment
- Always wear appropriate PPE as required
Skills & Experience
- Experience in industrial paint spraying and shotblasting
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paints
- Ability to use precision measuring tools
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Fabrication or welding experience a strong plus
- Forklift licence/experience would be an advantage
