Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organised.
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting attendees, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Manage the flow of guests during events to ensure a smooth experience.
- Collaborate with team members to execute event plans effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support catering staff as needed, including serving food and beverages.
- Collect feedback from guests to improve future events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
