DCL Online Ltd is a busy, growing property maintenance company based in Wimbledon. We look after reactive and planned maintenance for estate agents, managing agents, landlords and private clients across London — which means every day brings a different job, not the same four walls.

What you'll actually be doing
Diagnosing and fixing real problems in occupied and vacant residential properties — carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, decorating, mastic work, basic electrical accessories, and everything in between. You'll manage several jobs a day, keep clear photo/WhatsApp updates for the office, and deliver the kind of service that makes agents and landlords ask for you by name.
You'll fit right in if you:
- Have at least 5 years' hands-on experience across multiple trades (not just kitchens, bathrooms, or new-build)
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have your own reliable van or vehicle suitable for daily travel between jobs
- Own your core tools
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Communicate clearly, use WhatsApp confidently for job updates, and can work independently without being chased
Not the right fit for: kitchen-only or bathroom-only fitters, new-build operatives, site managers, or labourers — this is a diagnose-and-fix reactive maintenance role.
