We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in liaising between the Finance department and various divisions. This role is responsible for delivering financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic support to drive informed decision-making, enhance financial performance, and achieve business objectives.
The role will report into the Head of FP&A. We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a passion for the sports industry.
What you would be getting up to:

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for allocated division, including monthly management accounts and ad hoc reports.

Collaborate with division leaders to prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

Provide detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, financial modelling, and scenario planning.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between financial goals and business objectives.

Assist with year-end audit queries
- Assisting with integrating finance operations across new acquisitions
- Ad-hoc financial projects as needed
Requirements
The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:

Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)

Excellent attention to detail

Experience dealing with high volumes of work and remaining organised

Good verbal and written communication

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
