Job description:
The Laslett Hotel is seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, and creative Chef de Partie with a passion for serving consistent quality fresh food.
As a CDP, your main duties would include preparing food as orders come in. Keeping kitchen clean and complying with all food safety laws.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Prepare all dishes as per food Spec.
- Clean and Maintain kitchen at all times in line.
- Store and label all foods in line with regulations
- Ensure all fridge recording temperatures.
- Control food stock, minimize and record wastage.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
