About us
Complete Home Care Sussex Ltd is a home care business in Crawley, West Sussex. We are currently recruiting full and part time community support workers for Crawley, Horsham and the surrounding areas to help us deliver care and support to clients in their own homes. Our pay rates are £13.44 - £15.94 these rates are correct as of April 1st 2026. Evenings and weekends are paid at higher rates - these will be explained to you during interview/ discussions. Our shifts are flexible and can be set around other work or home commitments. We also pay 40p per mile travel (after arriving at the first client and to the last client), offer a company pension. Must drive and have access to a reliable car.
If you are new to care work we can make sure you work with another member of the team until you feel comfortable working alone. We will also support you to do your Care Certificate and can offer further vocational training if desired. If this sounds like something you might like to know more about please contact our office.
