Responsibilities
· Compile and analyze data related to IT tickets and calls logged by the end users.
· Assist the users with their daily needs for scanning and printing.
· Analyze data to determine if SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met or breached. If breached, report with fact sheets.
· Assist the users with data retrieval from local servers or virtual storage assigned to each customer.
· Attend the sites as and when required.
· Be a positive face of the company and treat each customer as a highly valued customer.
Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent.
- Basic computer hardware and software certifications desired but not necessary
- Salary: From £31,000 to £36,000 per year.
- 28 days of paid annual leave. Performance bonus scheme.
