We are a growing and dynamic Estate Agency looking for a motivated Lettings & Maintenance Negotiator to join our busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment, dealing with tenants, landlords, and contractors daily.
The Role
Temporary Contract! As a Lettings & Maintenance Negotiator, you will play a key role in ensuring properties are managed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Managing property maintenance issues from report through to completion
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Booking and coordinating maintenance works
Conducting property inspections where required
Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues promptly
Supporting the lettings team with viewings and tenancy progression
Maintaining accurate property records and systems updates
Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
Requirements
✅ Full UK driving licence (essential)
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Strong organisational and time management abilities
✅ Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
✅ Professional and customer-focused attitude
✅ Good IT skills
✅ Previous lettings, property, or maintenance experience preferred (but not essential
Pay: £12.71 per hour
