Your Role

Lead and support the Food & Beverage team.

Deliver exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest.

Coach and develop team members to maintain the highest service standards.

Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service.
About You
-
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or a Senior Waiter/Waitress ready to step up.

Luxury hotel, premium restaurant or members' club experience.

Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.

A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Positive, hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
