Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Joiner to join our team on a range of commercial and residential projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in steel stud partitioning, as well as general first and second fix joinery. Experience fitting kitchens and carrying out minor plumbing work is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and install steel stud partition systems.
- Complete first fix and second fix joinery to a high standard.
- Install kitchens, including cabinets, worktops, doors, and associated fittings.
- Carry out minor plumbing tasks associated with kitchen installations (e.g. sinks, taps, and appliance connections).
- Read and work from technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Work independently and as part of a team across multiple sites.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joiner.
- Experience building steel stud partitions.
- Competent in first fix and second fix joinery.
- Experience installing kitchens.
- Ability to undertake minor plumbing tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CSCS card (preferred).
- Own tools.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality workmanship.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, joinery, or related construction roles with a strong understanding of fabrication and assembly techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and measuring devices; familiarity with power tools is essential
- Knowledge of roofing systems, masonry work, plumbing basics and construction painting is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications or training in carpentry or construction trades are preferred but not mandatory
