The Role
We are looking for a versatile, energetic Barista / All-Rounder to be an exciting addition in our front-of-house team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Whether you are dialing in the grind, welcoming our first regulars, or keeping the new space looking immaculate, you bring a positive attitude and high standards to everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
- Coffee & Beverage Excellence: Dial in, grind, extract, and pour exceptional coffee (latte art and strong milk texturing skills are a massive plus!).
- Customer Connection: Give our new guests an unforgettable first impression with warm, genuine, and outstanding service.
- All-Rounder Support: Assist with basic food prep, serving orders, running the POS system, and keeping the dining area looking spotless.
- Create the Vibe: Help establish the energy, cleanliness, and high standards of our new space.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the owner-operator to streamline daily operations as we grow and evolve.
What We Are Looking For
- Personality First: A bright, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. You love interacting with people and have the energy to help a new business thrive.
- Some Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe or hospitality environment (basic espresso machine and milk-steaming skills are required).
- An Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re excited by the idea of joining a start-up cafe, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and adapting as we grow.
- High Standards: An eye for detail to ensure our brand-new space remains beautiful, clean, and welcoming.
