Barista / Team Member (Part Time)

Hours: 12-24 hour contracts (including some weekdays and full weekend availability)

The Role
As a member of our team, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. From crafting great coffee to chatting with customers, keeping the café looking its best, and supporting your team, every day and every customer is different.
We're looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and a smile to every shift.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing high-quality hot and cold drinks with care.
- Delivering warm, friendly, and genuine customer service.
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently.
- Serving cakes, pastries, sandwiches, and cooking some hot and cold food items.
- Proactively keeping the café clean, organised, and inviting throughout the day.
- Replenishing stock and dealing with deliveries.
- Operating the till and handling payments accurately.
- Working closely with the team to create a fun, supportive atmosphere.
- Helping every customer leave with a great experience and a reason to come back.

Experience
Previous barista or hospitality experience is a bonus, but it's not essential. If you have a fantastic attitude, love working with people, and are keen to learn, we'll provide training. It would also be beneficial if you drive due to location and growth plans.
