Premium Creator Partnerships is a specialist creator and influencer platform launching commercially across the UK and Ireland. We connect verified brands with a curated network of creators, influencers and celebrity talent through a fully managed platform.
Every creator on our platform is verified. Every campaign is protected. Every piece of content is approved before it goes live. We are building something genuinely different in the creator economy space and we need the right people around us from the start.
The Role
You will own the creator side of the business entirely. Without a strong, engaged creator network the platform does not work. This role is the foundation everything else is built on.
This is a founding team position with genuine equity and uncapped profit share for the right person.
You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding verified creators across micro, macro and celebrity tiers. Building and managing creator relationships to keep them active and engaged on the platform. Matching creators to brand campaigns quickly and effectively. Growing the creator community through Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach. Managing the creator application and vetting process. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships to ensure brand briefs are matched with the right talent efficiently. Building the company's social media presence to drive inbound creator applications.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum two years experience in creator management, talent management, influencer marketing, community building or social media management. Existing network of creators or influencers across any niche. Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the creator economy. Confident with direct outreach to creators via social media and email. Passionate about the creator space and able to speak credibly to influencers at all levels from micro to celebrity. Self motivated and able to build processes from scratch. UK or Ireland based.
Degree in marketing, communications, media or related field preferred but not essential if experience and network are strong.
Who This Is Not For
Candidates who do not have an existing creator network, are not active on social media themselves, cannot work without a structured process already in place or are looking for a standard employed position should not apply.
Compensation
Equity stake with vesting schedule. Profit share once revenue targets are met. Pathway to fixed salary as the company scales. Bonuses for high performance.
