Experienced/Trainee Pest Control Technician
Location: Perthshire, Ideally based near Crieff / Auchterarder)
Salary: From £27,500 per year (dependent on experience) + Bonus scheme and commission-driven earnings

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Pest Control Technician to join our growing team, thoughout Scotland. This role is suitable for both experienced technicians and trainees, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Working closely with our existing technicians, you will respond to a wide range of pest-related issues across varied and interesting locations – from farms and industrial sites to historic buildings and castles. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and on the move.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional pest control services in line with BPCA (British Pest Control Association) and CRRU (Campaign for the Responsible Use of Rodenticides) standards
- Identify opportunities to promote and sell additional products and services
- Maintain accurate records using email and mobile technology
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Commit to ongoing professional development and learning
- Participate in a Saturday duty rota (1 in 6 Saturdays)
- Work overtime when required
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused approach
- Full, valid UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
- Ability to use mobile devices and email confidently
- Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces (where required)
- Willingness to undergo PVG checks
- Previous pest control experience is desirable but not essential
