Overview
We are seeking experienced Labour Only Sub-Contractor Joiners to join our growing team working on a variety of off-site and on-site modular construction projects. Successful candidates will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and finishing of modular building components to the highest quality standards.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and innovative modular construction environment, contributing to the manufacture and installation of commercial, educational, healthcare, and specialist modular buildings. Applicants must be reliable, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
All positions are self-employed subcontractor roles with competitive rates and ongoing project opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in joinery, carpentry, or modular construction environments.
- Strong understanding of first-fix and second-fix joinery techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and assembly details.
- Experience working within off-site manufacturing or modular construction environments is highly desirable.
- CSCS Card preferred for site-based installation works.
- Ability to work efficiently to production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
