Your Responsibilities
As an Events Management Assistant, you'll:
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Support event logistics, including venue preparation, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Help set up and dismantle event displays, promotional materials, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at events.
- Monitor event activities and assist in resolving any on-site issues.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Support post-event evaluations by gathering feedback and analysing event performance.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and health and safety guidelines.
