Job Title: Catering Service Assistant (CSA)
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Retention Bonus: £1,000 (paid on completion of the full RCA)
Contract Dates: 8th July 2026 – 15th December 2026
Hours: 40 hours per week
Number of Roles: 7 CSAs
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (shift-based rota)
Requirement: 24/7 operation, 7 days per week

What You’ll Be Doing-
Greet and look after guests, ensuring they leave with a positive experience

Deliver efficient, friendly, and personalised customer service

Develop strong knowledge of the menu and confidently recommend options

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and handling compliance

Follow all Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations as required

Assist the wider team with additional duties when needed
