We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter, seating area, and food preparation zones in accordance with food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the till system efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks as required.
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly.
- Support team members during busy periods by providing assistance wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable.
- Ability to serve customers efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
- A friendly attitude with good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Pay: £12.21-£16.81 per hour
