Work efficiently to ensure breakfast items are prepared and served in a timely manner.

Assist in planning and developing breakfast menus, considering seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and dietary requirements.

Manage inventory for breakfast ingredients, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately.

Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients in line with hotel budget guidelines.
