Job Description
As an Executive Assistant at Halliday Homes, you will play a key role in supporting our busy Sales team, ensuring the day-to-day administration of the office runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
Working alongside our ambitious and supportive team, you'll be responsible for keeping the department organised, coordinating appointments, managing documentation and providing outstanding administrative support throughout the sales process. This is a varied, fast-paced role where organisation, communication and attention to detail are essential.

The Role
- Handle inbound telephone calls, emails and website enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Take messages, arrange appointments and support the day-to-day management of the Sales team's diaries.
- Meet and greet clients, delivering a warm, professional and welcoming experience.
- Prepare and issue sales documentation, contracts and client correspondence.
- Obtain and manage the required documentation from sellers, buyers and other parties throughout the sales process.
- Create, maintain and organise both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Update internal spreadsheets, databases and CRM systems accurately.
- Manage new and existing buyer records within the company database.
- Coordinate accompanied property viewings and communicate with clients regarding appointments.
- Provide administrative support throughout the sales progression process.
- Assist the wider Sales team with general office administration.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across every client interaction.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in an administration, executive assistant or customer service role.

- Be confident communicating with clients, colleagues and external contacts.
- Enjoy working with people and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
- Have a proactive, positive and "can-do" attitude.
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
Previous experience within estate agency or the property industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
