Location: Bournemouth, Dorset and Surrounding areas
Hours: Full Time, Part Time and Bank Opportunities

We are looking to recruit experienced Family Support Practitioners to join our growing team.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sound professional judgement.
- Strong observational and recording skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence working within safeguarding procedures.
- A calm and professional approach when working in complex situations.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with children, young people or families.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
