We are hiring for a new Remote Customer Review Team focused on re-engaging existing customers through high-quality, advice-led conversations.
Key Highlights:
- Experienced Protection Advisers only – must have advised on IP, CIC, FIB, WOL & Life products.
- Strong experience using tools like CI Expert, Protection Guru, UnderwriteMe (or similar)
- Fully advised sales role with a strong compliance and suitability focus
Lead Source (Warm Data Only):
- Existing customers (policies 5+ years old)
- Legacy cancellations (customers with 3+ payments, 6+ months old)
- 8–12 leads per day (TBC)
Sales Approach:
- 30–50 minute consultative calls
- KPI structure remains the same
- Heavy focus on quality over volume
- Very low tolerance for poor disclosure or early cancellations
Working Environment:
- Fully remote with greater autonomy
- Requires 6–12 months remote sales experience
- Candidates must have a professional home working setup
Pay: £36,000.00-£80,000.00 per hour
