Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Cyber Scheme Administrator to join our team for 14 months maternity cover. This role involves managing and maintaining cyber security schemes, ensuring compliance, and supporting administrative functions related to cyber security initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical experience and excellent organisational skills to facilitate smooth operations within our cyber security department. This is a paid position suitable for individuals eager to contribute to our organisation’s cyber resilience efforts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records related to cyber security schemes and compliance documentation
- Assist in the coordination of audits, assessments, and certification processes
- Support the administration of cyber security policies and procedures
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes for relevant cyber security meetings
- Manage correspondence and communications with internal teams and external partners regarding scheme requirements
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored in accordance with organisational standards
- Support training sessions and awareness programmes related to cyber security protocols
- Monitor deadlines for scheme renewals or submissions and follow up accordingly
Qualifications
- Proven clerical experience with strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with cyber security concepts or schemes is advantageous but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar organisational tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
