Nursing Home Manager
Johnstone | £55,000–£60,000 per annum + Bonus
We are looking for an experienced, driven Home Manager to lead our well-established care home in Johnstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven manager to take the helm of a home with strong Care Inspectorate grades, healthy occupancy, and a stable, motivated team already in place.

Our home in Johnstone has a track record of high-quality care, reflected in consistently strong Care Inspectorate (CI) grades and excellent occupancy levels. The Role
As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the home, including:
- Maintaining and building on the home's strong CI performance and regulatory compliance
- Leading, developing, and supporting the care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
- Managing occupancy, admissions, and relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Overseeing budgets, rotas, and resources to ensure efficient, high-quality operations
- Driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the home
- Acting as the registered manager with the Care Inspectorate
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Care Home Manager (essential)
- A strong track record of maintaining high CI grades and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a care team
- Sound understanding of care home operations, budgets, and occupancy management
- Relevant management qualification (e.g. SVQ/RMA or equivalent) and current registration, or eligibility to register, with the Care Inspectorate
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent, person-centred care
