Job Summary
The Production Technician works in our Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers (ATCC)® to process and clean (eliminating micro-contamination) our customers’ new and in-process tool chamber parts. These manufacturing processes may use various different machines, processes, and chemicals to meet the varying needs of particular chemistry, material composition, and coatings of different parts components. Processes may take place in a cleanroom or chemical processing environment. Safety is our number one priority, and some form of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is always required to avoid exposure and protect the individual. The Production Technician follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality processes to meet the needs of our customers. He/she may receive, package, bag, inspect, and ship parts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· To check the order specs and related materials; to complete order reports and run sheets.
· To perform chemical parts cleaning jobs.
· To perform wet and dry jet cleaning jobs
· To adhere to all current safety procedures and quality procedures.
· To monitor levels of parts cleaning chemicals; to keep the workplace and equipment clean and orderly.
· To work in the cleanroom.
· To co-operate fully with team colleagues and quality requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Must be flexible and available to travel for training.
· Previous experience of working in a factory or cleanroom environment is an advantage.
· Fluent in English
· Great interpersonal skills
· Hands-on attitude
· Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekend and evening work.
· Must be able to wear work area gowning: hairnet and frock.
· Maintain a high degree of safety and environmental awareness through the practice of safe work habits and 6S
· Computer literate, knowledge of MS Word, and Excel is preferred.
Educational/Certification:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
Pay: £27,300.00-£27,500.00 per year
