J. Smart & Co. are seeking an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join their team in Edinburgh.
We are a well-established, family run contractor and developer with an in-house Architectural team, specialising in the design and build of residential and commercial developments.
In this role, you will provide technical expertise across a range of projects, including flatted developments, housing, offices and warehouses.
Essential requirements:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
- High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong domestic and non-domestic design and detailing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other requirements:
- Knowledge of producing working technical drawings.
- Knowledge of technical legislation including current Building Regulations.
- An enthusiastic pro-active attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving License.
