Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator/Pre-Construction Commercial Manager to lead and oversee the estimation process across multiple sectors in the Construction Management portfolio.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of pre-construction processes.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or Pre-Construction Manager within the construction sector.
- Demonstrable expertise in cost control techniques and budget management across multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, trade contractor procurement processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in estimating software programmes as well as Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients and internal teams.
- A recognised qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline is preferred but not essential.
