We are currently seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join our UK Inbound Immigration team. The successful candidate will work on their own caseload with minimal supervision, while also supporting the team with business development and growth. Previous experience in corporate immigration is essential.
We would like to hear from candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- A qualified solicitor in England and Wales in corporate immigration law.
- Practical experience dealing with all aspects of Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) applications and sponsor licence management.
- Sound knowledge of corporate immigration policies and practice.
- An ability to manage and coordinate their own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Experience of high-profile client account management.
The ideal candidate would also have experience in some of the following:
- Delivering training or technical guidance to junior colleagues or wider team members.
- Deputising for senior members of the team, escalating urgent or complex issues where appropriate.
- Supporting business development activity to help grow the team's client base.
- An additional language.

You will be a high-energy, can-do individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, and a proven track record in corporate immigration law. You will be a strong team player, comfortable working across several disciplines and with a variety of stakeholders, and able to take ownership of your own caseload while contributing to the wider growth and development of the team.
