Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday, 8:00am–2:30pm

The Role
We are looking for a Warehouse & Stock Operative to support the effective movement, storage and control of goods across our manufacturing operation.
This is a developing role within a growing business, so responsibilities may evolve as the company expands. We’re therefore looking for someone who is flexible, proactive and comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
Working closely with the Team Leader and wider Besmoke team, your initial responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock movements and assisting with regular stock counts
- Working with the Team Leader to maintain accurate stock levels in line with agreed procedures
- Following the daily plan for incoming and outgoing goods
- Ensuring stock movements and adjustments are recorded accurately to minimise risk and maintain stock integrity
- Consolidating storage locations to maximise available warehouse space
- Completing all required paperwork for incoming and outgoing goods
- Maintaining clear and effective communication within your team and across departments
- Supporting continuous improvement across warehouse and stock processes
- Working collaboratively with other departments to promote our ‘One Team’ culture
- Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are met in accordance with company policies
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can combine accuracy with a practical, hands-on approach.
You will ideally have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- A self-motivated and proactive approach
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to use your own initiative
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- Experience carrying out stock counts and maintaining accurate stock records
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues at all levels
- A valid forklift/counterbalance licence
- A working knowledge of Health & Safety within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- A flexible approach to responsibilities and working hours when required
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
Due to the evolving nature of the role and our continued growth, some flexibility around duties and working hours will be required.
