Duties
- Lead engaging freestyle sessions tailored to various skill levels and age groups
- Design creative lesson plans that incorporate a variety of freestyle techniques and movements
- Demonstrate proper techniques and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for all participants
- Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their skills and boost their confidence
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth
- Monitor participant progress and adapt activities to meet diverse needs and abilities
- Maintain equipment, ensure safety standards are met, and organize session logistics efficiently
Skills
- Proven experience with a focus on freestyle activities or similar disciplines
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners of all ages
- Excellent communication skills to clearly demonstrate techniques and provide feedback
