Mobile Tyre Surgeons is a fast-growing nationwide mobile tyre service, providing customers with professional tyre fitting, puncture repairs, wheel balancing, battery replacement, and roadside assistance. The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Tyre Fitter to join our expanding team. This is a customer-facing role where you will attend roadside, home, and workplace call-outs, carrying out tyre-related services safely and efficiently.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Alternative Sunday required
- 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Participation in the on-call rota is required, with a minimum of 2 nights per week.
- Additional remuneration is paid for on-call duties and emergency call-outs.

Key Responsibilities
- Mobile tyre fitting for cars and light commercial vehicles
- Tyre repairs, replacements, balancing, and valve replacement
- Responding to roadside breakdowns and emergency call-outs
- Carrying out vehicle safety checks
- Providing excellent customer service at every job
- Managing van stock and maintaining company equipment
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest standard
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mobile Tyre Fitter or Tyre Technician
- Strong knowledge of the tyre industry
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Willingness to participate in the on-call rota (minimum two nights per week)
Desirable
- Experience working in roadside assistance or emergency mobile services
- Wheel alignment and mechanical experience would be advantageous but is not essential
