Join CRJ as an Apprentice Heavy Plant Mechanic and become a fully qualified multi skilled team member. Due to the success of our current Apprenticeship Programme, we are partnering again with Reaseheath College, Nantwich for these Level 3 apprenticeships. CRJ will provide guidance and support throughout the programme. You will gain the 'Level 3 Apprenticeship as a 'Construction Equipment Maintenance Technician'.
The role
You would be joining our current team, providing maintenance support across a wide range of equipment including but not limited to; Screeners, Shredders, Waste processing equipment & Plant equipment within a workshop-based environment. Occasional requirement to provide site-based support as required.

We we an offer
£18,000 to £28,000 starting salary depending on age. We do not pay the basic apprenticeship rate. We also have salary scales for each year with regular pay reviews. We would except a good performing employee in this role to be earning £40,000 to £42,000 per annum within 2 years of completing their apprenticeship.
