Due to continued growth we now require a part-time delivery driver
This role is
Thurs, Friday & Saturday 3pm to 7pm
We are currently looking for a mature, safe and confident driver to join us.
You will use our van to make deliveries.

Sales and Customer Service
· Demonstrates fantastic customer service and hospitality standards by greeting and responding to all customers with fast, efficient, friendly, personalised, and professional service.
· Assists in creating sales volume growth by being a champion for our business.
· Safely handles all deliveries ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
· Shows tenacity making sure you always find the address and do what it takes to make delivery.
· Responds pro-actively to prevent and resolve customer service situations.
· Always drives in a safe, courteous manner, creating a positive impression of our business but gets there on time by avoiding traffic and holdups.
· Ensures the highest quality of products and consistency of service.
Operations
· You'll need to box and label the deliveries, loading the van to ensure an efficient delivery run. Some days there will less deliveries than others and on those days you'll have other duties to fill the time.
· Routinely cleans the van in accordance with the daily, weekly and monthly plans. Ensuring basic care eg filling washer fluid to keep you safe. Reporting any maintenance or repairs that need taking care of.
· Implements and adheres to both new and existing policies and procedures.
· Reports potential safety hazard and any operational inconsistencies.
You must -
Physical Demands:
· Have excellent spoken English language skills and politeness
. You must be fully mobile and fit, deliveries will sometimes be heavy and you will have to climb stairs both at work and on deliveries.
. You must have a full valid driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points on it.
. You must be over 21 years of age, this is due to restrictions in our insurance policy.
. You will use our van for deliveries and you must have a safe place to park it overnight (this can be at our shop).
