The Role
As a Crew Member, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while preparing our food to the highest standards. Whether you're taking orders, cooking, cleaning, or supporting your teammates, you'll help ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately using the till system.
- Prepare and cook food according to Bunchies recipes and food safety standards.
- Assemble orders quickly and accurately for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery platforms.
- Maintain excellent food presentation and portion control.
- Keep the restaurant clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures.
- Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Receive and put away deliveries correctly.
- Work efficiently with your team during busy periods.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.

- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided.
