Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our team. Duties
- Serve drinks efficiently and accurately to customers, adhering to legal and safety standards.
- Take orders and communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the till system.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a positive atmosphere.
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
