Description
Joining our Customer Service team as Customer Service Representative in a busy role you will be responsible for creating quotes for existing clients across Hardware, Software, and Managed Services. This role involves managing the entire process from identifying opportunities to finalising sales orders and contract agreements. They will work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely quotes.
Experience:
We would expect you to have the following experience;
§ Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
§ To have worked in a team driven environment, but able to work on your own with minimum supervision
§ Able to deal with multiple tasks and prioritise work
Skills Required:
§ Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
§ Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
§ Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and able to work to deadlines
§ Excellent organisational skills
§ Accurate data entry
§ Consistency
§ Methodical
§ Willingness to listen, learn and improve
§ Being able to problem solve
§ Customer service experience, including handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service
The Candidate
Good knowledge of IT & Telecoms products would be a considerable advantage.

Interview Process:
Stage 1: Telephone screening (10–15 minutes)
Stage 2: Teams or in-person interview with Customer Service Manager
Stage 3: Face-to-face interview with Customer Service Manager & HR Manager
Stage 4: Offer discussion with the HR team
