Job Title: Barber
We are currently seeking an experienced barber to join our talented team at Papa's Barbershop. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity while providing top-notch grooming services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing a wide range of barbering services, including haircuts, skinfades, styling, shaving, and beard grooming, with exceptional attention to detail.
Consulting with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommending suitable hairstyles or treatments based on their needs.
Demonstrating proficiency in using a variety of barbering tools and techniques to achieve desired results.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
Staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in barbering through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a barber, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputable barber shop.
Strong proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques, including clipper cuts, scissor cuts, fades, and straight razor shaves.
Excellent knowledge of current hairstyles, trends, and grooming products.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
A valid barbering license or relevant qualifications.
