We’re looking for an experienced, reliable Casual Bartender’s to join our pool of staff. This is a great fit if you're looking for flexible shift work, love working in a lively environment, and can confidently hold down the bar or lead a shift when on duty.
Key ResponsibilitiesBartending & Service
- Craft classic and signature cocktails with speed, precision, and consistency.
- Provide warm, attentive, and efficient customer service at the bar and service station.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar during your shifts.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Requirements
- Availability: Flexible, with core availability required across Wednesday to Sunday (especially late-night and weekend shifts).
- Cocktail Mastery: Proven, confident experience crafting a wide range of cocktails efficiently.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Bartender is essential; prior shift lead or supervisor experience is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Valid local alcohol licensing (e.g., Personal Licence, TIPS, or equivalent) is a bonus.
- Adaptability & Reliability: Strong communication skills, great team spirit, and the ability to hit the ground running on flexible shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for extended periods, handling physical duties (moving crates/kegs), and working late hours.
