Katrium is expanding its network of remote project professionals and is looking for multilingual team members to support a variety of international assignments. Depending on the project, responsibilities may include market research interviews, customer outreach, data collection, survey administration, and customer support activities.
What You'll Do
As a project-based team member, your responsibilities may vary depending on client requirements. Typical tasks can include:
- Conducting interviews and surveys with business professionals or consumers
- Supporting international research and data collection projects
- Following project guidelines and reporting results accurately
- Assisting with customer communication and support activities
- Working independently while collaborating with an international team
All work is performed remotely, allowing you to work from your preferred location.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates who are:
- Fluent in one or more languages and comfortable communicating professionally
- Able to work independently and manage tasks proactively
- Detail-oriented and capable of following instructions carefully
- Comfortable using online tools and browser-based platforms
- Equipped with a reliable computer and stable internet connection
- Comfortable communicating through Gmail, WhatsApp, or similar channels
A headset is beneficial but not required.
Availability
We offer both part-time and full-time project opportunities.
Typical project hours fall between Monday and Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. We are particularly interested in candidates who can commit approximately 4–8 hours per day, though availability may vary by project.
