We are a well-established fixture on Moston Lane since 1989. We have an excellent reputation for service and quality, delivered by a skilled and hard-working team.

Main responsibilities

- Book repair, delivery and installation appointments.
- Plan engineers’ diaries, allocate work and respond to urgent jobs.
- Keep customers informed about appointment times, repairs and outstanding parts.
- Order spare parts, check deliveries and match parts to the correct jobs.
- Control appliance and spare-parts stock, including organising current stock and reordering when required.
- Update jobs accurately using dedicated software and maintain clear records.
- Manage accounts for commercial customers, including preparing invoices.
- Prepare estimates, take payments and help resolve day-to-day customer issues.
- Support the engineers and improve the efficiency of the service operation.
What we are looking for
- Experience in service coordination, office management, field-service administration or a similar role.
- An excellent telephone manner and a calm, helpful approach with customers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Confidence coordinating engineers and making sensible day-to-day decisions.
- Good computer skills; experience with IT in a retail environment would be useful, although training can be provided.
- Experience in domestic appliances, spare parts, retail or repair services would be a great advantage.
- Experience of delivery and/or installation of freestanding and integrated appliances would be an advantage.
