Position: Unit Manager
Location: Angelica's Coffee & Cake, Loch Lomond Shores
Pay: 30,000 per annum plus potential bonus

The Role
As Café Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strong team performance, and smooth business operations.
You will play a key role in building and developing a positive team culture while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, food quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily café operations
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
- Manage staff rotas and labour costs
- Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures
- Drive sales and profitability through effective management and local marketing initiatives
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer experience
- Handle cash management, banking, and daily reporting
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous management experience within a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
- Experience managing budgets, stock control, and labour costs
- A passion for great food, coffee, and customer service
- Food Safety and Health & Safety knowledge (desirable)
