To lead the administration and monitoring of participant data across Oldham Athletic Community Trust, ensuring programme information is accurate, complete and entered onto organisational systems in a timely manner.
Initially, the primary focus of the role will be maintaining high-quality monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data, supporting Project Managers by taking ownership of data inputting and routine reporting processes. As the role develops, there will be opportunities to support wider organisational administration and operational functions.
The postholder will play a key role in ensuring the organisation maintains high standards of data quality, compliance and reporting, enabling staff to focus on delivering high-quality programmes within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation (Primary Focus)
- Take ownership of participant data entry across all funded programmes.
- Input attendance, demographic and outcome data accurately into Salesforce and other organisational systems.
- Ensure project data is kept accurate, complete and up to date.
- Carry out regular quality assurance checks to identify missing or inaccurate information.
- Work closely with Project Managers to obtain registers, consent forms and supporting documentation.
- Monitor outstanding data and proactively follow up with delivery staff.
- Support the production of reports for funders and internal management.
- Assist with KPI monitoring and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and organisational data management procedures.
- Support the development of efficient monitoring systems and processes.
Administration
As the role develops, responsibilities may also include:
- Providing general administrative support across the organisation.
- Supporting finance administration, including purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Maintaining electronic filing systems.
- Booking meetings and training events.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.
- Supporting HR administration, including DBS and training records.
- Assisting with programme paperwork and participant documentation.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Promote accurate record keeping across the organisation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative systems.
- Work in accordance with safeguarding, health & safety and GDPR requirements.
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.
Pay: £11,041.00-£16,052.00 per year
