The Role
We are looking to recruit an Outdoor Pig Stockperson to join our growing team. Whether you have previous pig farming experience or are looking to start a career in agriculture, we would like to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role working with breeding pigs in an outdoor system, where animal welfare, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Previous pig farming experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Training & Development
We recognise the importance of ongoing training and development. New team members will receive practical support from our experienced staff, alongside opportunities to attend relevant industry courses and training programmes to help develop their skills and career within the business.
Working Hours
Typical working hours are:
Hours may vary on weaning days, work load and during weekend work.
Weekend rota depends on the unit and is typically:
- Every other weekend, or
- Every third weekend
