We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including coffees, teas, and speciality beverages
Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Taking customer orders and handling payments accurately
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café/work area
Restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
Operating coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
Friendly, professional, and well-presented
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability, including weekends
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
