We have an opportunity available for a Night Shift Care Assistant to join our team at The Partnership in Care in Risby, Bury St Edmunds. Nights are available, and we would require to work between 24-36 hours per week.

Our Care Team plays a vital role in supporting our residents to live comfortably, safely and with dignity in our home. You will be helping residents with their daily routines, supporting their independence, and making sure they feel valued and respected.
No two days are the same, and sometimes the smallest things — a chat, a smile, or a helping hand — can make the biggest difference.
Do you have experience in healthcare or a similar role?

What the role involves
- First and foremost, we like to have fun and engage positively with our residents, encouraging them to enjoy day-to-day living.
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Encouraging residents to remain as independent as possible
- Communicating with residents to understand their needs and preferences
- Supporting and following individual support plans
- Recording appropriate information and observations in residents’ care records
- Working closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment
