Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Leadership
Lead multiple strategic programmes from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Strategic Advisory
Provide expert guidance to clients on programme planning, governance, service improvement, organisational development, and operational effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain productive relationships with client representatives, funding bodies, delivery partners, and internal project teams.
Governance and Reporting
Develop programme governance frameworks, prepare executive-level reports, monitor performance indicators, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
Risk Management
Identify programme risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while implementing practical mitigation strategies to maintain successful outcomes.
Performance Improvement
Evaluate programme effectiveness using data and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and long-term sustainability.
Team Leadership
Provide guidance, mentoring, and professional support to programme managers, consultants, analysts, and project teams throughout programme delivery.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain trusted client relationships by delivering high-quality consultancy services and practical recommendations that achieve measurable results.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in programme management, consulting, organisational development, public sector transformation, or a related professional field.
Programme Management Expertise
Demonstrated success managing complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, governance structures, budgets, and performance reporting.
Leadership Skills
Experience mentoring professionals, coordinating cross-functional teams, and influencing programme outcomes within collaborative environments.
Analytical Thinking
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting data, evaluating programme performance, and developing strategic recommendations.
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and client-facing documentation.

Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders while effectively managing diverse client expectations.
