An opportunity for an additional Shift Manager has arisen to join our team and support our plans for business growth.
You will play a key role within the production facility, responsible and accountable for all aspects of the daily operations and manufacturing of the site production units. Ensuring the companies Health & Safety and Quality policies are met and ensuring our Company values are the foundation of our culture.
As a natural, positive engager of people, you will manage, lead, develop, coach and support the Production department team to maintain a multi-skilled workforce trained and motivated to meet the needs of the business.
You will have at least 2 years prior management experience from working within the food manufacturing environment. Able to use your initiative and experience, you will support the business in optimising production output, systems and controls to achieve business targets within a safe and compliant environment.
Experience of working within a KPI and/or OEE driven environment would be an advantage.
Applicants must be computer literate, have product and process knowledge, good communication skills and the ability to multi-task competing priorities, using a methodical and logical approach.
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a 5 day shift pattern (across Monday-Friday). Flexibility will be required overtime, holiday and sickness cover. Shifts operate on a rotating basis across:
- 5.30am to 2.00pm (Days) – allows for handover before shift 6am
- 1.30pm to 10pm (Afternoons) – allows for handover before shift 2pm
- 9.30pm to 6.00am (Nights) – allows for handover before shift 10pm
- 8.30am to 5.00pm (Office)

Pay: £47,031.30 per year
