Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced, reliable and professional Multi Trade Operatives to join our expanding team.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Applicants must be competent and experienced in:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing Repairs
- Internal & External Painting & Decorating
- Plastering and Patch Repairs
- Basic Electrical Works (like-for-like repairs, switches, sockets, lighting)
- General Maintenance and Making Good
- Void Property Refurbishments
- Reactive Repairs and Maintenance
- First-Time-Fix Repairs
- Working within Occupied Properties
Previous experience in Social Housing, Housing Associations, Local Authority Contracts or Property Maintenance is highly desirable.
Mandatory Requirements

You MUST:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have NO penalty points on your driving licence
- Be able to pass and maintain a Clear DBS Check
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance and multi-trade works
- Be legally entitled to work in the UK
- Be capable of working independently and managing your own workload
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be professional, organised and reliable
