We're looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress who love great food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for every guest.
What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, friendly and engaging service from greeting to farewell.
- Guide guests through our menu, confidently explaining dishes, allergens and drink pairings.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to the highest standards.
- Maintain excellent table service throughout each guest's visit.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
- Keep your section clean, organised and presentation-ready.
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Help drive sales through menu knowledge and confident recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
- A positive, energetic attitude with a team-first mentality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Right to work in the UK.
Experience with Sri Lankan cuisine isn't essential—we'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your personality, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
