Pay Rate: £13.00 per Hour
Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time

We are currently recruiting caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Outreach Support Workers to support individuals within Halifax and the surrounding areas.
This rewarding role involves supporting people to live independently within their own homes and local communities, promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care where required
- Supporting service users to access community activities, appointments, and social opportunities
- Promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
- Working in accordance with safeguarding and company policies
What We Are Looking For
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Previous care or support experience is desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
- Right to work in the UK
